A treat for the palate and healthy eating should be the order of the day: with light, fresh and balanced cuisine. The chef and his team welcome you to the Avocado Restaurant. You can dine in the pavilion or, in summer, on the sunny terrace with a view of the spa park.

The modern spa garden with sauna and exclusive relaxation area invites you to relax. To make you feel truly comfortable and radiant, we also offer high-quality beauty and anti-aging treatments.

We also have qualified physiotherapists for you and your health. Use your valuable time for a head-to-toe massage or a special stress relief treatment or a fitness and exercise program.

In addition to Beautyland and physiotherapy, here you will find the classic Finnish sauna, a bio-steam sauna as well as a beautiful, orgasmic and comfortable infrared cabin, large showers, special lighting and various areas for relaxation and rest.

Olsberg and the “Sauerland”
The idyllic Olsberg in the heart of the Sauerland with its distinctive landscape is considered an active and health holiday destination because it is pure nature. The leisure activities in summer and winter are unlimited. Fresh air, clear water, greenery and gentle mountains invite you to linger outdoors, for example on the Kneipp hiking trail or along the Ruhr cycle path that starts at the hotel, also a round of golf nearby in Brilon im Winterberg or Schmallenberg, a visit to the "Soletherme AquaOlsberg" or the Sauerland winter sports arena with 57 ski slopes and 150 lifts between 500 and 843 m altitude.

Relax, recover, be pampered, bring body and soul into harmony - if you want a holiday with these demands, you can treat yourself to a wellness package at the Kneipp Spa Resort Olsberg. The Kneipp Spa Resort with its long tradition in all areas of health and wellness is set up for you. It all started with the construction of a "cold water cure" facility in 1894 by Dr. August Grüne, who was a medical student and later a student of Sebastian Kneipp. Kneipp's healing methods convinced him. The Kneipp sanatorium then began, but unfortunately had to close in 1973. It is thanks to the intensive medical work of the Grüne family that Olsberg was recognized by the state as a Kneipp health resort in 1960.
